Promise protection: SYN is site credit only. No investment. No guaranteed return. No personal payday. “SUSTAIN IS THE MAX REWARD” means network continuance — not a max cash payout.
SYN is site credit
SYN powers sustain, gifts, and social features on epistles.xyz. It lives in Continuum’s ledger as Charge (spendable in-product) and Beacon (outward-only).
SYN is not
- Money in a bank or a deposit you can withdraw
- A security, investment, equity, or profit share
- A crypto token for speculation
- A promise you will make money, double funds, or get cash back
Beacon never cashes out
Beacon cannot be withdrawn to cash, cards, or banks — intentionally disabled forever under current Terms as promise protection. Changing that needs a formal Terms amendment and licenses.
All-in risk
All-in stakes your Charge under stated burn rules. You may lose your stake if the goal is not met. A “refund” on success is return of your own stake to Charge (minus any disclosed settle fee), not gambling winnings and not profit from the house.
Fees you will see
Moves may show tax, cut, cap, and bill. Check the Live Deck before you confirm. Fees are costs of using the product — not interest or yield.
90-day Continuum money log
A public rolling 90-day log of SYN site-credit movement appears on the Live Deck as a retro hit-counter. Digits are SYN moved (site credit) — not revenue, not profits earned by users, and not an investment return. Faucet/test mints are labeled separately. Card / USD in stays omitted until gated mint data exists.

Payments offline
Buying SYN with a card is off until the trust gate clears (Terms, Privacy, Stripe verification, counsel review of promise language, licenses as needed). Status: Payments offline — trust standard pending.
